7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. This applies to all products, including:

  • Single report purchases
  • 3 Reports Pack
  • 10 Reports Pack
  • Monthly Membership (first payment)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team using one of the following methods:

  1. The email address used for the purchase
  2. The date of purchase
  3. The product purchased (e.g., Single Report, 10-Pack, etc.)
  4. The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • For report packs, refunds are available if no more than one report from the pack has been generated
  • For monthly memberships, the 7-day guarantee applies to the initial payment only; subsequent monthly charges can be avoided by cancelling before the next billing date

Non-Refundable Situations

While we aim to accommodate all reasonable refund requests, refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Report packs where more than one report has already been generated and downloaded
  • Cases where the service was used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Repeated refund requests from the same individual that suggest abuse of the guarantee

Monthly Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to any unused report credits until the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first monthly payment

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
